An all European meal
This weekend, I am having an all European dinner inspired by all the European Cruises I’ve been on over the past few years.

Onion rings test 1
This week I am trying the best onion rings recipe I could find.
Test number 1 is “Old Fashioned Onion Rings” from allrecipes.
The recipe calls for
1 big onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices and separate into rings
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
3/4 cup of dry bread crumbs
